Can I purchase my policy online?

Yes, once you have viewed your quotation online you will have the option to proceed and buy the policy using our secure payment method with either HSBC or Google Checkout. You will then receive your documentation immediately by email and a copy will be posted out to you the next working day.

How do I make a claim?

This is easy and the details are contained within the documentation that you are sent, alternatively you can call us free on 0800 970 7172 or click on the “make a claim” tab on the home page of this website.
