The claims issue

Well we approach the end of another week and as my team, Dagenham & Redbridge go to Rochdale in League Two I thought I would jot down some reflections for you. We had a good month for our Touring Caravan Insurance Scheme on both new business and renewals and, as we do every month, had our rates review which still looks extremely positive.

Anyway, what I was going to talk about was the other side of the coin, what happens when I have to make a claim? Well I hope I can allay any fears in this piece. Our Touring Caravan Insurers have a close relationship with us and we try and make the process as quick and painless for you as possible. Your dedicated Account Handler will be available to help advise throughout and to liase with your Touring Caravan insurers.
