DisneyLand Paris and all things fun!

Well the half term break in Disney Land Paris came and went before we really seemed to get settled into relaxed life in the Davy Crockett Ranch in the Disney Resort.

Having been to Florida in March I suppose I was used to the USA version of Disney Hospitality and the very well priced USA food and merchandise.

I was simply shocked by the expense of everything in Disney Land Paris and on top of that the Disney hospitality from the French is nothing like the lovely atmosphere and welcome you get in the USA equivalent.

I thought that the parks were “tired” and the disney accomodation was not up to the standards I have come to expect from Disney.

Now it was not all doom and gloom, the kids loved it and the swimming pool we had on site was great but the negatives from the points above did make me think that I would not be venturing across to Paris for a while. I will be saving my pennies and missing a holiday next year to go out to Florida in 2010.

Sometimes the Amercians get it very right and my goodness the Disney Land experience is best found in Florida!
