We helped a client today – nothing unusual for Cover4 but we really did go out of ourway to help and the clients letter of thanks was as follows: -

We are new to caravanning and didn’t realise how much it can cost setting up
and getting on the road, and pennies being tight in this current time.
When taking out the policy I thought a hitch lock and a wheelclamp was the
same thing, therefore, not having one made our insurance invalid. I would
like to say a big thankyou to Cover 4 in offering to purchase a hitch lock for
our caravan. I’ve never come across a company that has offered this kind of
service.
I will now definately, recommend you to anyone I know who has a caravan.
