We are a broker. We have developed what we believe to be a market leading offering in respect of cover and price.
However, sometimes we will still not be the best price you have obtained for various reasons – a computer cannot take into account every eventuality.
It is at this point that you need to pick up the telephone and speak to one of our team – that call can be made for free on 0800 970 7172.
Talk to us, tell us the quotation you have received and we will speak with our Underwriter and see if we can get a better deal for you.
After all the computer is not a human being but we are – I think back to a recent case where a new caravaner could not afford the Hitchlock but had purchased the wheel clamp. No one was willing to help or insure her so I paid for a hitchlock. Why? Because we are Cover4 and we care. I know what it is like to have saved for your beloved caravan only to find that no one suggested you might need extra security!
I also did it because that client is mine for life now. Simple as that.
Happy days.
Richard
Dear All
I hope everyone is well on a bright Tuesday, I actually was not in the office yesterday (a rare event, or so my fiancee says!) as we were at ante natal, it’s all very strange, but nothing like Del Boy in Only Fools holding Raquel’s leg in the air! Mydiary is certainly filling up, meeting up with one of my sisters-in-law on Thursday for a delecious curry and a few drinks.
All fairly quiet here today, our new static scheme is working well and we have written some good business so far, and we had an excellent weekend online. I was very pleased also to look at my emails yesterday (which again did not please my partner!) and had a client thank us for our involvement in getting his claim paid in, shall we say, difficult circumstances, as we try to help out as much as possible.
Happy touring

Why are caravans always white or cream?
This is because white reflects the sun, so when you are sitting in your caravans in the summer, you won’t cook inside!
Tips & hints
Avoid leaving any instructions, guides or handbooks in your caravan while you are not using it. If it is stolen it makes it a lot harder for the thieves to sell it on.
Keep a disposable camera in your car so that if you ever have an accident you can take photographs for evidence to back up the written descriptions of the incident on your claim form.
If you have a spare piece of wood, keep it to place over the sink and it can be used as an extra worktop space.
Keep a spirit level in your caravan so that you can ensure that your bed and work surfaces are flat before you settle in.
When emptying the caravan for the winter months, leave half an onion, baking soda or coffee beans in the caravan to absorb nasty odours.
Keep an old sleeping bag or sheet in the caravan to keep your awning rails in, saves putting them back in the original packaging.
Why not hang some fairy light up in the window of the caravan? Makes for a unique look and easily spotted when coming back from a night out!
If you enjoy reading but find your caravan has insufficient lighting, purchase some stick on spot lights to place on overhead shelving.
Mini vacuums used for cleaning cars, are ideal for storing in the caravan to keep on top of dust.

Dear All
Just had a very nice letter from a client, who unfortunately had to cancel their cover due to selling their van, who commented:
“Thanks for your efficient service over the past years & please be reassured I will be coming back to you in the near future for further insurance”
We at Cover4caravans do strive to help customers where we can and to provide a first class service, it’s nice to see postitive feedback in the same vein as it is to get advice from clients where things are not quite as they should be.
Thanks
Mike
Dear All
I hope everyone had a good weekend, I took my fiancee out for a romantic birthday dinner which was well received, along with the dozens of gifts (but not the pony as requested, not enough space at home!)
Anyway as you have probably seen we launched our new Static Caravan scheme which is an exciting prospect. We have done much research and hopefully you find the new system to be as user friendly as it should be, with very competitive rates in areas that we previously were not. Let us know what you think and if you can suggest any changes then we are always happy to listen.
We are a bit quiet at the moment, the weather being very changeable at this time. Still, it does me time to write this!
Happy touring
Mike
