I hope everyone is well on this Thursday afternoon, and that you are all looking forward to your weekends which for me involves a visit from the mother in law and putting the pram up which is the size of a house (I suppose it is to an extent!).
I had a very interesting discussion with a client about a certain well known insurance provider who felt that they were giving preferrential treatment to one make of caravan as the person in charge owned one, and then proceeded to send a letter virtually advertising the caravan! As I have often said on this page we like to listen, as this the purest form of customer service and the one which yields the most benefits. It is an under rated skill as well, but we try and explain the reasons why we do things in the clearest way possible.
