Busy Times

Good afternoon All

Well it’s the middle of the week already and we had our monthly review with the Team yesterday which was very positive. We feel these get togethers are important as we collate feedback from our customers as to where we can change things, and ideas which will improve our service to you. Then it was off to a course on letter writing for myself and Sophie which was good, and then back to the grindstone.

Other then that very little to report, Sophie is moving house so will not be here this afternoon and my fiancee Fliss received a nice bouquet of flowers from sister in Australia no less! We are hoping to a nice meal out tonight in our local pub and it’s off to the midwife tomorrow afternoon.
