Mid Week Blues, reds, yellows & greys!

It is Wednesday. The middle of the week. The third day out of five.

Today sees a morning crammed full of staff one to one sessions. I am averagely prepared and need to find the right zone to deliver them with the enthusiasm and energy that the team deserve. Struggling a little to find that this morning but I have another 30 minutes to go yet and the first cup of tea of the day is bound to bring with it some energy.

On the very positive side I am glad I did not travel round to see Watford last night as they managed to lose at home to Swansea  -although the 5 goal match must have have certainly been very entertaining.
