Dear All

Well Friday is here and the week has flown by, my son has been poorly and contracted tonsillitis, the poor boy has been sleeping alot and as parents it is always difficult to see your children suffering, but he will come out of this stronger I am sure. We have been giving him his medicines and anti biotics and he has shown an improvement this morning.

Mothers Day is on Sunday and I need to do a bit of shopping tomorrow for the day, my partner works very hard looking after son and in years to come I am sure that he will enjoy buying Mummy a present, although I am sure that I will still be paying!!

We are hoping to have a visit from my family, Mum, Dad, Sister, Nan and Grandard, whom are in their eighties, on Sunday as it has been a while since we have seen them. It is important for me to see family wherever you can as they are all big parts of my life and seeing them brings back memories of my childhood.

The week has been busy in our office and hopefully this means the caravan season is getting into full swing, please remember my Team are here on freephone 0800 9707172 for any enquries.

Good morning all

Well a very uneventful weekend and now back to work, Monday was a very good day and very busy which is excellent and gives hope that the caravan season is upon us. It is a shame that the ExCel London show appears as though will not be returning in 2013, though the NEC Show could make a comeback. We very much enjoyed the Show but all in all the NEC has the tradition and the feel of a “proper” show.

I would like to mention that we as Cover4 are very customer service focussed, and that if you need any advice or assistance please do ring and speak to our helpful staff. That is what we are here for, be it with your policy at new business, mid term, claim or renewal.

This week I need to pop into town to get some Mothers Day bits and pieces, my Nan and Grandad will be down hopefully on the day and we can spend some family time together.

Dagenham, I have to say, look as though they are going back to the Conference after a decent run we have begun losing games again and we don’t have a settled Team, injuries and suspensions have been a problem. Hopefully the tickets will be cheaper next year!!!

Well the week started with a bang, a very busy Monday which hopefully sets the scene for a big March. We had our monthly Team meeting as well where our Sales Team presented their findings from the ExCel Caravan Show, it was interesting to see what new models and gadgets are out, my colleague Crystal even went back on Saturday with her Dad to but a motor mover!

Tomorrow sees a trip to the doctor in the morning, I haven’t been for a while so I will probably be in trouble with them, my son is enjoying nursery (at the prices they charge he ought to!) and I had an excellent weekend of football. Dagenham, Arsenal and Southend all won and I spotted 2 Southend players having a morning jog on Sunday!

Tomorrow Daniel from the Sales Team is going with Richard to West Ham vs Watford, this can only end badly for the former and I am sure there will be lots of banter!

I have involved myself with a few claims issues recently and it is worth saying again that we are able to assist if you have any concerns etc.

On that note, back to my claims reporting! The pageantry never ends!
