I really can not believe its Friday already, and what a great week its been. I started a diet on Monday, and for once in my life I have actually stuck to it religiously for nearly a week. I think my mum gave me the real kick up the bum when she turned round mid conversation saying how much weight I had put on!!! Bit harsh but very true, the problem is when I settle down an find myself content in a relationship I literally do not stop eating. The real challenge is the weekends….I will let you know Monday how it pans out.

The sun is shining so make sure you get out and make the most of it, I will certainly be getting out maybe a bike ride???

Good afternoon,

I’m not sure whether its the mood I am in today or that everyone around me is happy, but I have had a great day and I hope you have too. The weather has not picked up just yet but today has gone so well I do not really care!

Are any of you going away this weekend, or are you saving your self for the 4 day weekend? Make sure you let us know if you call in. The renewals ladies have been working very hard to get the most competitive quotes but make sure you let them know if were not the bestest and cheapest.

Sorry a bit late today had a great busy day in the office today, and also saw a glimpse of the sunshine. Something we may need to get used to I heard today that we could be looking forward to a nice sunny weekend. I sigh of relief I hear, well I plan to get out in it!
